REM Waste are recruiting for a Quality Call Auditor. We are continually adding to our team of Quality Call Auditors

The auditor will be part of our Back office team that helps monitor and ensure high-quality standards at all levels of operations and management levels are met constantly.
This position is responsible for providing effective feedback that drives behavioral improvements towards work.
The ideal person has a proactive approach in providing recommendations, action plans to improve current processes.


He /She has extensive experience in creating, improving, and establishing a QA control checklist.

He /She will verify, investigate, and audit processes and their conformance to QA standard operating procedure to minimize errors and financial loss.

He/she will be in charge of providing a weekly and monthly report to provide the current call handling trends to the management.

He/she will also help in the presentation and visualisation for analysis on process improvements. and maybe tapped as possible support on the team’s project initiative and ad-hoc tasks.

He /She has the ability to effectively coach provide unbiased feedback for identifies behavioural trends


. Bachelor’s Degree or any work-related equivalent certifications.

· Must possess high analytical skills.

.Keen eye on details

· Process-oriented

· Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, is a must.

· Knowledgeable in diagram creation and designing reports from raw data.

. Has 3-5 years of experience working in a BPO

Has experience working with the UK account

. Self-starter to work remotely (computer and fast internet connection), back up internet connection is a must
