WORK FROM HOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT POSITION

REM Waste are recruiting for a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT . We are continually adding to our team of Quality Call Auditors

This position is responsible for providing first-level phone support and handling customer service calls for a waste company in the UK. The Customer Care Representative is the first line of support that investigates, documents, and resolves incoming customer issues. Achieving defined service levels, as well as overall customer
satisfaction will be required. Ability to handle enrolments for new orders, billing-related service calls, respond to email inquiries, and discuss transactions related questions are the primary duties of a Customer Care Representative. Must be able to handle customers in a professional way and diffuse possible escalations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain thorough knowledge of the system, products, market, and restrictions requirements on each product.
Answers and provides support to customers
Identifies and resolves incoming services calls
Communicates effectively with the customer for analysis/resolution of issues
Provides a single point of contact for customers on issues
Practices and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
Achieve and maintain key performance metrics and provide best-in-class service
Documents and escalates complex issues that cannot be resolved on the first call
Uses business tools and industry knowledge to identify and resolve customer-impacting issues.
Establishes and maintains effective work procedures
Performs other duties as required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
The minimum education requirements are:

High school diploma or equivalent maths and English skills required
Excellent communication skills

3- 5 Years of experience in the customer service industry preferably with a BPO is a must

Sales experience is a plus

Self Starter with back up internet connection and power supply if possible
Work with minimal supervision

Has knowledge of Zen Desk and related CRM apps is an advantage

Has experience working with the UK account
