In this park is the city's largest flower garden, which includes an exact replica of the Martha Washington garden at Mt. Bike The Greenway Trail along the South Platte River
This paved bike trail follows the South Platte River for almost 30 miles, connecting a necklace of riverside parks. Since much of Denver’s early history occurred along this river, the Colorado Historical Society has erected more than 20 large historic signs that use photos and illustrations to tell the story of the area. Take Flight at Wings Over The Rockies Air and Space Museum
Housed in a 1930’s-era former Air Force hangar on Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, Wings Over The Rockies is home to over three dozen historic airplanes and space vehicles. See the new display, "Chasing Horizons," to recognize pilots who have circumnavigated the earth. [link]

Marvel at the Denver Modern Art Museum
Denver's astonishing new museum includes a breakout addition by internationally celebrated architect Daniel Libeskind. Completed in 2006 as an addition to the main museum, the Frederic C. Hamilton building is a titanium marvel meant to evoke the light and geometry of the Rockies. Open until 5 daily and 10pm on Fridays. [link]

Rock Red Rocks
Nestled in the Rocky Mountain Foothills fifteen miles west of Denver, Red Rocks is a geologically formed, open-air amphitheatre that is not duplicated anywhere in the world. With Mother Nature as the architect, the design of the Amphitheatre consists of two, three hundred-foot monoliths (Ship Rock and Creation Rock) that provide acoustic perfection and a perfect geologic backdrop.
